Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

Our Memberships, once granted after successful transaction is non refundable, however our refund and returns policy lasts until payments is pending or issues with approval of membership. Once Membership has been created and allotted to you, then the membership amount once paid will not be returnable.

In case you have accidentally purchased membership by repeating same transaction, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of membership. Such refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For any failed transactions, where payment is deducted from your mode of payment, then we request you to wait for 48 hours till the processing is done by the payment gateway. If issue is not resolved in 48 hours, then you can contact us at with the screenshot/proof of payments and we will do the needful.

For Failed Transactions, Late or missing payments/refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statements again as per mode of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation of membership
Cancellation of membership is not applicable as the membership will last till the duration selected during checkout and will automatically end on the last date of that duration.

Sale items (if any)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
